<VV> Leak from Base of FC Oil Fill Tube

Mike,  There is a anchor screw or bolt near the top of the filler tube  that 
has to be removed.  Then the tube can be twisted and popped out of the  block. 
 I last did mine in '91 and I need to replace it too as it has  begun to leak.
