On a related item I just got my new engine in and running 2 weeks ago and where it is setting the past 2 weeks there has not been 1 drop of oil. Almost a 1st for many years. I can't say that about the '65 cp though.

Me too... Especially the type that is very fine, not small rocks but more
like sand. Amazing how well it works.

believe it or not kitty litter has worked wonders for me. I use an amount
relative to the size of the stain then grind it into a powder with my
foot...(think about doing the twist in your driveway) let it sit overnight
sweep up the powder then let the fine remainder sit another day. After that
I hose it off and pretty much have it gone. Another not so eco-friendly way
to remove stains are with charcoal lighter fluid. Just spray on and hose
off. the key is to get the stains while they are still wet or relatively
damp.
