Common problem when adding discs... BORE of MC  is too small.. move  up to 
1-1/8"  usually fixes it.
 
the  brakeline lock is  a simple solution... but  is  NOT  an emergency 
Brake..many times REQUIRED by State law!
 
 For an e-brake  she should think about  addind a  2nd  caliper on at least 
one wheel.. with a separate  MC
