<VV> NECC Summit Point Time Trials

The NECC is planning time trials at Summit Point on Monday October 13th.  That's Columbus day so some may be off work.  Currently registrations are lagging far behind the break even number.  The Corvair Olympics were sucessful and the profit from it will help allow the NECC to contine to provide opportunities to test drivers' skills and the extraordinary capapbilities of the Corvair.
