Tony, The membership chair did not give a reason for resigning. As for the 
VV chair. Either option of voting for a chair, or having the CORSA President 
appoint the chair is of equal weight as far as I am concerned. But as a 
Director, I would inform you that CORSA by-laws state the CORSA President is 
to appoint all Committee chairs. Why would you want to complicate things by 
electing a VV chairperson? Do you have a problem with the current VV 
chairperson?
