I just got my 66 Monza running again this evening and noticed a sparkjumping from the harmonic balancer to the front of the engine. It isconstant and makes a popping noise as the engine runs. I do not have theground straps reinstalled yet. Any ideas?

 The small woven straps are for radio noise suppression..


 You're main ground / Batt Negative   to Chassis is bad..or missing!
