Has it already been said that the "cost of one more copy" of CQ to be 
printed is minimal ?

The "real" non-reducing cost is postage which costs (approximately) the same 
for 1000 as 2000, right ?

So that's easier to figure and would be most of the savings, depending on 
how many members opted out of the print version (not me though).
