<VV> New 63 on ebay

This 63 Corvair was sold at the auction in Carlise PA Oct. 3 or 4 and sold for $18,375.00.
At that time the report pplaced it as a #2 condition car.
The current owner may not not be the buyer but the serial #'s prove to be the same car.  That means the incorrect items or improper painting were done prior to the current owner.

The most noticeable thing I see is the paint color not only doesn't appear to be a stock Corvair color and in his description the color given is Riverside Red.
