The reserve is not met, theres a lot of ghost bidding that goes on on EBAY.

That car sold at Fall Carlisle auction for 18K.

All, Hold on to your hats. I just checked E-Bay and the 63 is up over
$22,000. WOW!!

Okay - I have this car that is worth $10,000. I want to get $12,000 for it.
So I put it in an auction asking $13,000, but setting a $12,500 reserve.
(Note, Barrett-Jackson doesn't allow reserves, I believe). I have my "friends"
(aka accomplices) bid it up to $12,000 but stop there. Since it hasn't met the
reserve, I don't sell it. But Now I can say - "Hey, I turned down $12,000
for it!".

Just another SCAM - Not the first, and not the last. Buyer Beware.
