A very public thank you to Kent Sullivan not only for an excellent series  in 
the communique but also for posting the article with updates and color photos 
 on his web site.  As I did with the first installment, I have now  printed 
the second in color and will insert it as a supplement into my  October 2008 
communique, where the second installment of the article first  appeared.
