I couldn't agree more.. but then I'm lucky and not hurting, nor have a 
high 'overhead"..1 child 35 no college...independant..

I say raise the dues to $50..... should buy us a few years... then in a 
year or two... require membership in Corsa... see what happens...

I have always sold cars..... I always take what ever I can get out of a 
"loser" and invest those $$$ in another, to try to make up for it and 
make more...

It has always worked!
