<VV> Brakes grabbing

Before you tear into this - how much does it drag?  Is this something  
you notice only when the car is in the air?  In my experience, having  
a couple spots where the drums drag is normal.  Do not expect this to  
be a super-precise assembly - as long as they don't grab, pull, or  
obviously drag all the time I don't worry about them.

BTW, the front and rear brakes on a late are same diameter, but  
different widths.  Rear is wider.
