When I pulled the drivetrain out of my at-the-time just acquired '65
ragtop (to yank out it's last-legs turbo engine) I found a faded
ragged half of a build sheet still semi-taped to the top of the
differential cover. THAT surprised me because I had no clue anybody
ever stuck them there and it looked like it had been there since new,
if its condition was any indication, although it was still legible
believe it or not. It's possibly still in the basement somewhere
in a box on some shelf, although no clue where since it's been 25
years now. My buddy Dallas Mangus found a build sheet in the
driver side front bucket of his red '65 Corsa coupe. Current local
chapter Prez found a build sheet in the lower back seat of his forest
green '69 500.

Recently replaced f&r floors in the '67 500 coupe and checked its
seats for a build sheet, nothing. I've not checked the blue '69
Monza, or the red Lakewood which is all original and unmolested so if
a build sheet was in it from the assembly line it's still there
now. I'll be checking soon.
