You can do whatever you want to do, Jimmy.

A factory car dip stick tube is probably not long enough to modify to 
allow access via the FC's rear door, but all you have to do is get a GM 
style tube that is of adequate length, and route it however necessary to 
get access.  Perhaps checking out what they have done on a gas engined 
Class A motor home would give you the general idea. You probably don't 
want any low spots in such a configuration, and you would probably have 
to mark the dipstick yourself for an accurate fill point -- what JR 
described in his PG  Dipsticks post.

A hinged, easy open rear cover might be worth considering, or more to 
your liking.
