So last year I was looking in to getting a gift 65 vert  titled. I figured,
Shoot, a car that was 45 years old, NEEDING A COMPLETE REBUILD , who cared
if the vins were changed?  I did consider it an option.

I posted here about getting the car titled. It can be so easy. For a couple
hundred bucks you an get a legitimate title from a state which only requires
a bill of sale on older autos.

There are several title companies which do them, and if you re fortunate
enuf to know someone in one of those states, it will be even cheaper. {AND A
WHOLE LOT LESS WORK!}
