<VV> Top Whitener

Just wanted to let ya'll know, I've really been driving the 63
Monza....using it as a daily driver.  Top down and thanks to the genius of
one of the VV members who was generous enough to share the details of his
I-pod hook up plan with us, listening to genuine 50s and 60s tunes.

I've never measured, but I really think the seats in VairforceOne are larger
than those in my modern car.  Certainly plenty of room for a family size guy
like me...where the seats in  Mercury seem small in comparison.

One quick question.  Does anyone know of a way to whiten a convertible top.
I've tried the various over the counter sprays...I've tried carpet and
upholstery cleaner.  I've even made a paste of Oxyclean and let it sit for
an hour.  All of these "kind of worked" but the top is still "off white".

A friend mentioned Mr Clean eraser pads...but this seem way too abrasive for
the top material.  Any one have experience with these?

As a side note, just heard that the Canadians rescued a US ship from
pirates.  Heres one Yank who sez THANKS to our good Canadian neighbors.
