I have confirmed that Turbo Power no longer sells the kit. The company that 
 picked up the product is now out of business. It would be a fairly simple 
kit to  put together. I will investigate further. If anyone has one of the 
kits on knows  more about it, please contact me. This kit was temp control 
based, not timer  based, as I recall.
