Hi everyone...

Would anyone know why a Powerglide would "grab" into gear very slowly into Reverse when cold?

It's as if you're slowly letting up the clutch on a stickshift car..once she gets going, the tranny engages fine.

Fluid level looks and and the fluid itself is clean. The car has 58,800 originla miles, it's a '69 Monza 110.

Thanks for your advice...Bill Hershkowitz

PS: When I have time, I'm planning on writing an article on methanol/water injection, since I built a systems with suprising ease for a 2 carb motor.
