I use two roll pins in the 1/8 inch holes. This virtually guarentees that the door will be put back on the way it came off. I leave the pins in for the next guy!!

I saw a tip about drilling a 1/8" hole through the hinge and the body - 
then when you go to reinstall the hinge, put a drill bit through the 
hole and the hinge will be in the same place...
