Hey guys,
I would try the easy thing first... check the bulbs... before someone says "if the bulbs were blown the blinkers would flash faster on the dash"... the bulbs aren't working as it is... someone must have changed the flasher to a heavy duty style... just my two cents...
I once bought a Corvair that had all 4 high beam headlights blown... low beams were fine... I thought "Hmmm, DIMMER SWITCH!"... nope... and the headlamps weren't even discolored like they usually get when the blow out....
So check the simple stuff first...
:-)
Later,
Lonzo

Jason, if that does not help you might trace the bundle and check all
onnections, plus, check for power at the units, do your own ground and see
f they come on. If no power, trace back in the wires until you find the bad
pot. I have a probe with a bulb in it and a alligator clip on a lead for a
round, ground the alligator clip and stick the sharp probe in plugs or even
n the wire itself.

I've never noticed before, mostly because I never drive my Corvair after
dark, but last night happened to find out my front amber parking/signal
lights do not work. When I pull the light switch out the first notch for
the parking lights the rear lights illuminate, but neither of the front ones
do. With the parking lights on or off, the rear lights signal, but not the
front lights. Also, the dash green signal lights work as if there's no
problem. Again, with the light switch pulled to the second slot so the
headlights are on, there is no change, the rear lights work as they should,
but nothing from the front. Finally, if I have the light switch off I have
rear signal lights and brake lights, but again nothing from the front. I
have seen a lot of great advice posted on these emails so I hope someone has
had a similar problem that can point me in the right direction.

 Thanks,

 Jason
