Chris,

Frank Duval or someone with body experience can answer better, but from
work I've had done (where the bodyman appreciated my interest and let me work
on the car evenings and weekends) and from the new quarterpanel I've got in
the basement I would say the most difficult part is at the back of the
door where the panel is welded in several places, and at the "C" pillar where
the panel is the base of the pilar (the slight uneven seam where it was
leaded in marks the spot). The back cowl area and the rest were just cut out
oversize to salvage as much as possible from the donor car. The only one I
ever cut up (a '68) was done using a torch.
