<VV> [SCG] Concours Entry Numbers

I think one of the reasons for the lower Concours numbers may be the reason 
I stopped showing in Concours. A lot of our members are all getting up in 
age, in my case the last time I showed my Fitch Sprint ( Now owned by Jeff 
Kent ) was 2000 and it scored above 95 points, in order to improve on that 
number it would take a lot of effort and money. I was already spending 2 to 3 
weeks preparing and cleaning it to show ( I removed the shocks to clean them 
and even the springs one time ) Its a lot of work !!!. I went to more 
conventions but left the Sprint home, I took my autocross car instead ( The Geezer 
) This was not right to leave a classic car at home so I decided to sell it 
to someone that would show it and display it like it deserved. In the 
spring of 2006 I sold it to Jeff and he has done it and me proud.
 The bottom line is we are getting older and it is a lot of work to prepare 
and show a Concours quality car.
