<VV> PG shift cable

As I recall there is only a foot difference in cable lengths between a car
and a Rampside.  Tim's Crampside is shorter by the width of the ramp (3')
I liked the idea of making a box or just a plate you can clamp the cut ends
of the outer cable to and then overlap the steel inner cable and use a cable
clamp or two.
You need to save the dash end and the PG end and cut the middle somewhere.
