<VV> LM rear grill update

It's out. Main problem was the 5 screws close to the rear glass edge. Some 
rusted (ground off head with air tool), others almost under the edge of the 
glass (glass slipped down about 1/8 inch too much). Got them out with as much 
engineering skill that I managed to accrue in the past few years ( hammer, 
different screw drivers, needle nosed etc.).

 Thanks to all for the advice. It just slides out now, also can clean window 
channel etc. and plenum chamber.
