<VV> Concerns on 889 cam.

  The 4deg  cam retard helps top end performance , (moves the powerband up).
It was used in the 140 powerglide with 889 cam (95hp cam), in order to extend the rpm range of this cam . 
The use of the 889 cam in itself is what gives the 140 PG it's increased bottom end power.
