Speaking of the Detroit Area Corvair Club 31st Annual Homecoming ... It is NOT TOO LATE to register!  The date  is August 26 to the 29th.  The location is PLYMOUTH MICHIGAN; Comfort Inn Clocktower just off I-275 exit 28, Ann Arbor Road and turn west.  This is really easy access and we are expecting attendees from at least 8 states as well as Canada.  We have reserved the entire Comfort Inn so there will be plenty of room for all ... but to get one of those rooms  you must call them directly at 734-455-8100 and tell them you are attending the Corvair Homecoming.  You will even get the special room rate.

The Homecoming has something for everyone and their wives and their friends.

Well, it has been an exciting day for us...we got hooked up with Haggarty and 
made a trip to the Secretary of State's office...that's right...we are now the 
proud owners of a registered and legally plated Corvair! This day has been a 
long time coming! 


We drove almost 80 miles today with no problems at all and I'm very pleased with 
everything so far. Drives good, shifts good and sounds great! Thanks to all that 
helped me over the last few years...you know who you are...

Looks like we wil finally get the car to Plymouth for our DACC Homecoming!
