I thought about putting ice in the front cowl area so you would get cold air blowing in the floor vents, but in the humid air of Tidewater, Virginia, that wouldn't be much help.  So my next thought was to fill the cowl with dry ice, but I worry that it might freeze the brake lines.  Any thoughts?
