It sounded like he figured not many people can rub two pennies together and
his unrealistic price would be out of reach by mere mortals. Why anyone
would want such a load of paper is past me but to each their own, if it is
valuable historically donate it to a museum or a source where it would be
seen and appreciated not just shoved in a file cabinet. My four figure offer
is $10.00, there is four figures...

I think you meen there are plenty of people who can afford it; but
just a few who want it and can afford it.
