Yep. its worn out. Make sure you take a look at all the moving parts when
you replace the solenoid, too, as the starter drive lever wears out too.
Page 85 in Clark's book. If  you are in there, might as well do the whole
thing, bendix, bearings, brushes, solenoid, etc. Mark Durham
