<VV> Flat Rate Manual and exuses that someone must believe or why would they say it ?

No, but they may realize that they have a customer that doesn't believe that
the engine they just installed runs rough because the clutch is slipping
(really ?!?!?) before they realized I also paid to replace that clutch (now
a sheepish grin comes across his face as he tries to find another excuse I''
be stupid to disagree with ?)

Or the windshield repair guy, who watched me watch him remove all the
molding screw covers, and when I pick the car up with missing molding screw
covers, he says, in a knee-jerk reaction, "It was that way when you brought
it in" with an immediate sheepish grin comes across his face when he
realizes that "Oh, you're not one of my stupid customers"

Kar King, when faced with photos of my car "before" his repair, showing no
damage to the paint (which was secondary to the botched engine transplant)
simply accused me of doing it with PhotoShop.

I just find fascinating that there must be people (like my father, and
friends whose stories I've lamented here) who would never have known they
were being screwed if it had not been for me getting involved ?

Or, as some here have implied, that I, in fact CAUSED the problem, that
would not have happened were it not for my involvement ?

That is even more fascinating to consider, the divine orchestration of such
obstruction to follow me, and only me, my oh my, some divine entity really
needs to find another hobby and leave me alone for a while - bother someone
else puh-leeze ?
