<VV> headlights my way

i have found for many years now , the replacement bolt in halogen low beams 
 seem to be ok , for what little night driving i do. i then put in 12 volt  
aircraft landing lights (no aiming nubs on flat face) in my high beams to 
send a  message to those that do not dim. this has worked good since the late 
60's for  me.
it will be hard on the dimmer switch with out a relay , unless you keep hi  
beam time to a minimum.
