<VV> Steering box insights ? Plus annotated GM Manuals

I searched Harbor Freight for a "J" or "C" tool to fit, but found nothing 
yet.  Maybe Sears of NAPA ?

It's soaking now, so it should be good and ready by the time I find the 
right tool !
