<VV> "J" tools are sacred ?

Hi Matt,

Yes, the manual does say that, but then it says the same thing for a 
screwdriver as though it's sacred...

Do any vendors have them or do I have to build one to work on my steering 
box ?

I modified my annotated figure from the manual to reflect this new info :
