<VV> membership renewal

*Has anyone else had difficulty renewing their membership at the
corvair.orgwebsite?   I can't get past the personal information page
(name, address,
etc.)   The "next" button does not activate the next page.   Also, when
going to the "contact customer service" link, I am told I can contact by
phone or email, but only the phone number is provided.*
