<VV> Oil Pressure Switch Improvement

On my race car I use an adjustable oil pressure switch. Came from Speedway
catalog I think. Anyway, I set it at 20 psi which means if my oil pressure
goes below 20 psi it will turn on a big bright red light on the dash that
gets my attention. It has lit when corneing hard at Roebling Road. It was
caused by low oil level.

One thing you could also mention Rick....is that this is a typical set-up in
MOST racing engines. Without radio telemetry, a "busy driver" is a LOT
better with an "Idiot Light" he can't miss (or ignore!) than a gauge! FWIW,
in our water-pumping Nissan's, we also had a pressure switch in the cooling
system with a separate "Idiot Light" (a blue one)...you can slag a motor
with a busted hose without ever getting any indication of over-heating from
the temp sensor!
