If it was me I would not do that.  Paint fades over time.  I get the 
correct GM codes and have the paint shop order exactly that.  It also 
make it MUCH easier if you need to touch up or have body repair 
because you can just order the same thing (use the same mfg as I 
suspect some variation).  E
