<VV> U-joint strap screws

The 1966-69 screws are 5/16-24 fine thread while the 1965 screws are
1/4-20 coarse thread.
Everyone prefers the bigger screws but I have never broken the smaller
ones unless the U-joint broke first and wiped out everything.
I have drilled and tapped 1965 yokes to accept the bigger screws.
I looked under my 1965 Corvair once and one of the screws was missing!
It was still going down the highway.  Under normal loads the axle pushes
inward seating the U-joints.
The only time you would be pulling on the axle is if you slid sideways
into a curb.
