<VV> Line Honing/Boring

When a split crankcase like the Corvair or aircraft engines are not
straight and require line boring, the choices are to weld up the low areas
or shave the case halves, and then rebore the journals. Neither is cheap,
but they do give a case that when torqued up properly does not side load
bearings.
