on my earlies i cut the "tabs" off and replace with plates like used on A/C cars. that way IF i decide i need the heat in the fall , i can "remove and store" as per instructions on A/C cars. i think i made the patterns from a turbo motor , or my a/c car . clarks sells the plates , and the decals if you wanted to look correct. regards, tim colson
