Ahh, but Gary, I appreciate the opinions I have been receiving on this 
list.  They either confirm or alter my initial impressions, which means 
that even if the person with whom I am dealing does not "like" the price 
range I recommend, I can be more confident that I am recommending a 
realistic number.

I do not buy or sell Corvairs often enough to claim to be an expert on 
current prices.
