I hope you won't be too disappointed to learn that EM and LM convertible top 
operating mechanisms are entirely different.
The EM system is hydraulic with pistons, etc.
The LM system uses a drive motor, big "speedometer" cables and gears.
I don't think there are any common parts between the two.
