Mark, My painter just stripped one of those out last week. He told me that Home Depot should have them but I ck'd. there AND Lowe's and no dice. Went to Ace Hdwe. and they had the exact same screw except it was about 2 turns of thread shorter. It fits right in and the slightly shorter length does not seem to matter. Joe Dunlap Cen. Florida
