 From our experience with dairy goat conventions, I fully agree -- shop 
around and find two places you can compete against one another (or at 
least make the one you want think there is a competitor) -- a good place 
can & will give you lots of amenities if you can fill the rooms, so 
sometimes the biggest place in town is not the best, unless it is a 
smaller town ...
