<VV> POWERGLIDE ISSUE AND THEEE JAG

i took a lot of pictures of that jag powered corvair . the corvair was a  
car he bought new in 1968? (i am trying to work from memory here!)  at the  
time , i had a customer with the same model jag , and had driven it.
the engineering he went thru was amazing. very clever way of getting the  
alternator and power steering pump out of the engine compartment. the whole  
thing was very drivable and functional.no issues at all with handling or  
cooling. it (exhaust ) sounded so neat the way he had it setup. somewhere  in 
my 4 large tubs of 35mm photos , i have a almost a roll of pictures of just  
that car. i talked at length with the guy about it and his past work.  this 
 was just one of my fond memories of past conventions. 
the powerglide : better take the differential apart ALL the way and check  
all bearings , replace all seals , including the one at the front of the  
pinion.  not sure why the color or smell.
