<VV> Communiqué and the Internet

Wouldn’t it be a good idea to let everyone choose between two sorts of
memberships? With an original communiqué or a virtual one.

For me the virtual is more likely because I’m in Europe and my membership is
more expensive due to the shipping of the magazine.

Membership for those who want the virtual one can be less expensive then.
Everybody can make his own choice, seems simple to me
