<VV> CORSA Members on the Internet - polling

I'm curious about the core question here.  The discussion of Communique on line or not, the question of non-members being covered by the insurance -- two of the things that led to the whole thought process all seem to stem from the same place....

Growing membership, particularly by getting chapter members who are not CORSA members to join the national organization.

Maybe it's been done and I haven't seen it, but I would be more interested in knowing exactly HOW MANY chapter members there are out there that are not in CORSA. Hundreds? thousands? Six?  If you're going to go to the effort to find out how many have internet access, lets find out how many chapter members don't belong.
