That looks like the chart I have seen.  Someone tried to explain why 
1200 ppm Phosporous and 1300 ppm Zinc is somehow 1600 ppm ZDDP ... 
not sure I got it (or that it is right -- in fact, if an oil lists 
1200 ZDDP how much Phosphorous and how much Zinc is that?), but the 
15-50 I have used for decades in everything (turbo diesel trucks, 
tractors, Corvairs, etc).  It has done well.  We have crazy weather 
here (50 degrees swings in a day, cold temp of 10 in the winter and 
hot temp of 110 in the summer) ... and enough vehicles that getting a 
different one for winter and summer and for each car and each tractor 
was nuts ... so perhaps not ideal in all situations, but pretty darn 
good for most.  I notice many do not list their ppm including DP and 
Amsoil -- makes me wonder what they really have?  E
