<VV> Oil spritzing onto top cover - symptom of ... ?

Right now, oil is spritzing onto top cover like tiny raindrops - too fine to 
tell but apparently oil - I can't feel or see the source.

 Most likely it's  from the dipstick... caused by excessive blowby due to  sticky  piston rings, after setting so long...


How far / long have you driven it lately?  Seems like your "todo"  list is the same as last year!
