<VV> Corvairs with 'Antique' plates

In Florida, the local sheriffs have "Citizen On Patrol" or COPS - they 
are like an auxiliary.  When I needed my Corsa inspected, I called them 
and a COP came by the house, verified the VIN, signed the title 
application and said "Have a nice day"...  They don't charge a fee, but 
they will accept a tip..  I gave her $5 and everybody was happy!
