Charlie, chuck is right, since you have the heads off and can pull the
whole thing, with the rod cap off, push the rod out with one hand and
pull the assy off with the other. If the caps are difficult to take
off,  to get it started I gently bump the crank towards the cap and it
should come loose, once loose, use your fingers to gently slip it off.
